TAPER PLUG VALVES MANUFACTURER IN INDIA
The Chemlin Taper Plug Valve, manufactured in sizes from 12 MM to 450 MM, is used on a wide variety of liquid, gaseous and slurry services. The tapered plug is held firmly into its tapered seat but can be so adjusted that complete leak tightness is achieved together with smooth valve operation. The tapered seating surfaces of the plug and body are not exposed to the line fluid when the valve is in the open position, so that the effects of corrosion and erosion are confined to the less important parts of the valve. Also since there is a straight flow path through the valve, there is very little resistance to flow and pressure loss is minimized.

‘S.T. Taskar Award’
Our Mr. Milind Alwekar (Managing Director & CEO), has been awarded the prestigious ‘S.T.Taskar Award’ 1st Prize' by Marathi Vidyan Parishad, Mumbai. The award declared is for his Innovations in the Pump Industry, viz. developments done in Metallurgy and state-of art process in Computerized Testing of Pumps. The developements helped reducing the Imports of Pumps for critical applications and have helped our Company in Exports to about 27 countries so far.
The Prize money of Rs. 50,000/- with Citation and Memento was handed over on 13th December 2020, in their 55th Annual Conference held virtually at Mumbai.
